Typical delivery in the United States is 3–7 business days after dispatch. International orders are quoted at checkout and may take longer depending on destination and carrier.

Delivery dates are estimates. You will receive tracking by email once the order ships.

Shipping is calculated in USD at checkout based on destination and order size.

Bulk and RFQ orders may qualify for discounted or prepaid freight — ask when requesting a quote.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

If you have not received your tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Simply contact us to arrange a return.

Opened sterile or single-use items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned items.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
